HOW WE SHIP

For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, all shipped via USPS. Please note that we do not currently ship internationally. Orders are processed based on item availability and credit card verification. Our team will reach out via email if any items are sold out, backordered, or if there are issues with your order. Once a package has shipped, Ellou is not responsible for delays, theft, or damage during transit, and we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please keep in mind that the provided delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee.

HOW YOU RETURN

To request a return, please email hello@shopellou.com and include your order number in the subject line. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unworn items can be returned for a refund to the original payment method if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items, gift cards, special orders, and items without original tags or packaging are final sale. No price adjustments can be made at this time. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that damaged merchandise or items returned without the original tag will not qualify for a refund. Ellou reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
